My mom eats keto. She is a very strict keto tho! I was going to ask you to post more keto recipes! All tho this recipe is amazing, she doesn’t eat red meat and I would like you to post something with veggies! Thanks!

I fully intend to begin posting more and more keto friendly recipes! Mine won't always be strict keto as I've been informed by my doctor I'm not allowed to remove carbs to thst extent from my diet, but I am definitely changing to more low carb and carb free cooking. I'll bet your mom could make this dish with ground turkey or chicken and it would be just as delicious! I also posted a recipe for cauliflower "mac" and cheese the other day, too! It was excellent! Check that out for her to see if she can use it! :)
