Is it like a coconut caramel, chewy kinda? Or more soft?

Pretty tasty. When I've had it in the past, it was firmer than this recipe. But I'm not sure if it's because of the recipe, or because I shoulda cooked it longer. Mine turned out like a firm flan, but I've seen it a lot drier, where you could cut it and eat it like a brownie.
