Hi RahulI have been fan of this dish for almost 15 years and have been trying to replicate the recipe but never got any closer to the original.I tried yours today and believe me yours have been closest to the original, be it taste, texture, color and even aroma. I died 1000 times after first byte.Thanks man! Amazing recipe! Loved it.

Just one more thing.. I have tried recipes of same dish from other chefs as well. From same website and other sources like youtube or their blogs but everytime it felt like I wasted my efforts. Even I followed to the T for those recipes.

hello, can i use fresh garlic and ginger chopped finely instead of the paste ? and would that be 50gm of each?
