Thank you SO MUCH for this amazing recipe! Only changes i made: I soaked the samp overnight and i added 1 cup of Cremora instead of half a cup and I added 1 cup of full cream milk to the water in which i cooked the samp. I also added 125g of butter to the water in which i cooked the samp as well as another 125g of butter when I added the cream etc. But seriously - ALL of my friends wanted a bowl! And i had NEVER cooked samp before! Thanks for helping a white girl out...otherwise i would have been LOST! This recipe should be published in the paper for EVERYONE to have - it is simply to die for!(oh...and I think they wrongly printed an extra zero on the end of the Aromat amount...I think it should be 20-25ml of Aromat...I used 5teaspoons of Aromat which is 25ml...)
