Interesting!! I have never tried to drink eggnog. It seems like a recipe for pancakes (just before adding flour!)... Like to try!!

haha! you're right, it is kind of like pancakes without flour :P Usually Eggnog is really thick and sweet if you buy it at the store (especially in the US)...

Made this and wow its perfect not overly sweet and just enough for me and my boyfriend that had never had it with real liquer in it glad i forgot an ingredient for mine cause this is my new go to

Am I missing a step or is this completely uncooked? I’ve seen plenty of recipes where the whites are uncooked but this is the first time I’ve not seen any heating mentioned.
