Ended up making a simple marinara sauce to go with my fettuccine! It worked really great but I found the dough was the tiniest bit too dry. So either add more water or less flour! I edited the recipe from 2.5 cups flour to 2 cups flour so I think that should help, but you could stick with the 2.5 cups of flour and just add a bit more water and go by feeling!
