pretty much any grocery store in Toronto, No frills carries a lot of ethnic foods compared to the higher end stores, plus there is a great guyanese shop down the road that carries all west indian products from goat and oxtail, plantains etc

and the pepper sauce you can find but its not as common, I brought it back from Jamaica but have seen it here as well, can likely order online as walkerswood is a big company and they have distributors all over canada and the US
