Wow if you've made it 100 times, it must be amazing! I'm going to have to bake this for my next celebration. One question, what size cake pan do you usually use?

I'm not sure of the measurements Felice and use different sizes according to what's available. Sometimes I use smaller ones and do a round sandwich one with raspberry jam - that works nicely too.
