They look lovely, I was only reading about them the other day. they reckon that they are better than chips. Must make them too. They really look great.

Oh yes they were good. Very soft on the inside and crunchy on outside. Loved the different textures. The herbed salt I used added extra flavour aswell although they'd be just as good with normal salt.
