I love to garnish with fried herbs they look and taste great however almost never do because it's a time consuming thing for just a garnish. I love this and will defiantly give it a go!

Let me know how it goes. Kinda fun. Would be great for seasoning blends. Maybe dry a bunch of herbs out and toss em in a blender and mix with some salt.

I will post my results! I also think the idea of drying them a bit more and making a blend. it will be a great way to save the remaing herbs before winter?
