Cool! I recently discovered this condiment. Spotted it at a grocery store near my house and it rang some bells from some research I was doing awhile back, so I grabbed a bottle. Never occurred to me it's be so easy to make my own.

some banana ketchup have tomato product of some type. I liked the one without it and wanted to share it. I hope if you try it you enjoy it.
