a local grocery store. If they don't carry it maybe you can get in the frozen section at a Latino or Asian market. Here in Florida i can get it fresh. They grow about half a block away.

lotus leaves, pumpkin leaves, or if you have to butter/wax paper. the leaves give flavor also. even collards, mustard greens, even cabbage leaves.
