I had cooked bratwurst leftovers and it was quite warm here. I just thought to use it up in a salad. The apple and the mustard realy worked very well. ❤

Just looked at the recipe, it reminds me of a German Wurstsalat, we often put beetroot with it though . I am sure it is nice. In Europe and the areas around recipes often intermingle. I love that about our foods.

We all get bad reviews from time to time. Dont loose your courage. People all have different taste buds . You cant cater for all of them . If someone dont like your food after trying it they should not comment or at least leave a kind comment .

If you constantly get unkind reviews of people, you can always report them to the management team. You do not have to have that kind of remark on your recipe. Perhaps it can be removed. I am not sure though. The rule with all the cooks is ' if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all.'

Yes I agree, just wanted you to know, constructive criticism is fine, it depends though on how it us brought across and people should be nice in any case to and with each other .

Exactly! This is a cooking community. No need to spread hate or be hurtful. But some people are really funny, i feel sorry for them, they must be frustrated maybe :)
