This was my first ravioli. My mistake was that I put the filling randomly before covering with another pasta sheet. The result was that each ravioli had different shape! Next time I’ll make uniformed ravioli. Home made pasta was easy to handle but shop bought lasagna sheets were too think and hard to handle. They didn’t stick each other either. Still it had lovely flavour. Thank you.
