
Lovely lovely lovely!!! Have to admit, this was a make ahead dinner for tomorrow, but I keep sneaking a "taste" (or three), rotfl...it is soooo soo so good! Next time, I am making it the day of, so we can all eat it right out of the oven. What a succulent blend of flavours, I used fugi apple and added some walnuts and "seasoning peppers" (scotch bonnet flavour without the heat) for my hubby... and the kale got yummy crispy and the taters are just flaky perfect!! Over the moon happy with this recipe, thanks for sharing this!!!!! :excited ~(o.o)~ :hungry :ohyeaah
