First time making it and it was awesome already thinking of different ingredients add.....THANKS

bananas or apples or even blue berries

instead of pineapples maybe apple sauce

That all sounds fantastic. I really like the apple sauce idea. Something a little more neutral in flavor but still makes the bread super moist!
