I remember seeing a recipe for left over mashed potatoes. I had some left over and I found this recipe. Didn’t have any turkey but I had ham so I tried that. Also only had white cheddar cheese and fresh parsley. I’ve got lots of ideas now for the next time I make this. You can add just about anything that goes with potatoes. Yum - sorry couldn’t finagle a better pic. These were not greasy. Just looked like it.
