Healthy Paneer Peas Masala
Paneer is rich in calcium and milk protein.Green Peas is rich in protein and fiber. So, Paneer peas masala is very healthy with both nutrients of green peas and paneer. It is tasty healthy side dish for chappathi, poori, phulka roti,dosa.
Boil green peas in water in a vessel after adding 1 pinch of salt.Heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove,cashew and fry.Add chopped onions and saute well till onions turn light pink colour.Add finely chopped tomatoes,1 spoon of salt and saute well.Transfer the fried mixture from pan to a plate and let it cool in that plate. Transfer from plate to mixie jar and grind as rough paste without adding water in mixie because water will come out from tomatoes while grinding.Heat 2 spoons oil in a empty pan. Add jeera and fry. Add grounded paste from mixie and stir well in low flame.Add already cooked peas to this pan and chilly powder and add water till all ingredients in pan are soaked slightly.Close with lid in medium flame for 10 seconds(keep stirring inbetween).Add chopped paneer pieces,stir slightly and close with lid.Switch off after 5 minutes.Healthy paneer peas masala is ready to serve
