Thank you! It was going to be quinoa sushi but it wasn’t sticky enough - it was a lucky mistake and it’s now my favourite was to eat quinoa 🤣

Lol, I think you might be right. I think that’s why I’ve enjoyed cooking so much since I started eating vegan - the old rules (that we are told are rules!) don’t apply and I’m free to be as creative as I like!
