Have only made this Recipe once,about 3 months ago in November 2019,did not have Thai fish sauce so I used Worcestershire Sauce instead,I did not have ground Coriander,but I blended shop bought fresh coriander with plenty left over too sprinkle as a garnish on top - I didn't have the fruit of lime - was very nice.
