Air Fried Doughnuts 🍩

It’s been awhile since I made a recipe on here.
Made these about a month ago and forgot about it lol!
Easy and budget friendly. I so wanted to put fruity pebbles on them but I didn’t have any. Can be easily topped with just about anything.

Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Pancake Mix Fried Doughnuts Pancake Mix Fried Doughnuts
I wanted to make something similar to Sata Andagi (Okinawan doughnuts) and doughnuts similar to Mister Donut, so I used pancake mix to recreate them at home.Tips:- Because the dough is soft, when you wet your hands to handle the dough and work quickly. Wet your hands each time you form the donuts.- Even if the shape isn't perfect when you drop the dough in the oil, it will eventually expand into a sphere, so it will be fine!- If you don't deep fry on low heat, then they will most likely scorch.(Recipe by Hamumaki) cookpad.japan -

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix) Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix)
I adjusted this recipe to make 12 doughnuts. I tried making a non-oil doughnuts as a snack for my child. They are moist and plump. If you mix everything in a bowl, you can mix it well and quickly. However, you'll have to use a spoon the batter into the molds, which is a pain and takes time.I recommend using a Ziploc bag because this way, it'll be ready before you know it, and you can squeeze the batter easily into the molds.I used plain yogurt. Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts
For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead. They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama cookpad.japan -
Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -
Deep-Fried Donuts Pączki Deep-Fried Donuts Pączki
I made a copycat recipe of the deep-fried donuts that I had in Warsaw, Poland. The donut dough recipe came with a Sanyo bread machine with a mochi pounding function. I changed the ratio of ingredients a little. To cook through the inside, deep-fry the dough slowly in low temperature oil. Make sure to seal the dough tightly when wrapping the jam in, or the seal may open while frying. Recipe by Roozukenodaidokoro cookpad.japan
