Chop the potatoes and clean them. Make tomatoe purée, chop onions and put them aside.

Clean the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric. After that, fry the fish until it gets golden brown.

Then heat another pan and add some oil and fry the potatoes. Then add onions, Tomato purée, maasalas and fry until the oil starts to come out and add the fish to it.

Keep stirring everything all together for a few minutes then add some water to it. Then add garam masala and give everything a good stir. Boil it for sometime and once you are satisfied with the consistency, it's ready to be served.
