It’s probably just my oven, but I had to raise the temp to 350, cook for 18 mins, and raise the rack to the top to get them to brown a little. Second batch came out perfect after I figured it out. I used baking soda because I didn’t know which one the recipe actually used and every other oatmeal cookie recipe only calls for baking soda. Baking powder is probably a typo. Also, I substituted a 6.5 oz bag of julienne cut dried cranberries instead of raisins.
