2 in 1 Roasted Garlic
I had a bag of garlic I needed to use up soon and this is the way we roast garlic in class and at work. It's my favorite way to do it because you're getting the best of both worlds. Not only are you roasting the garlic you're also infusing the oil as well. You can save the oil and use it later.

☆Low-Carb☆ Cabbage Okonomiyaki-Style Pancake Without Flour
With cabbage, eggs, and cheese, you can make an okonomiyaki-style pancake without any flour! The story behind this recipeI'm on a low-carb diet, and on days when my family wants okonomiyaki, it's a hassle to make a separate meal just for myself! I wondered if I could make something similar using the same ingredients (*^^*). I'm not strictly low-carb, so I use sauce and mayo, but if you're concerned, you can use soy sauce and mayo instead.

Wee Panda Onigiri Charaben
There are kits on sale for preparing panda onigiri, but I thought you could make them by cutting out nori seaweed on your own, so I tried it out.You can make different sized mother-child pandas.Cut the nori seaweed to fit the onigiri. The onigiri should be the right size to fit in the bento box.I used the small curved eyebrow scissors that are sold in 100 yen shops. You can use regular scissors too! Recipe by Keitandesuyo

Osaka Saturday Night Okonomiyaki (Easy to Make)
I posted this recipe from my time living with my parents in Osaka during middle and high school when we cooked okonomiyaki every week. You can also cook the pork belly slices in the pan first and use that grease to cook the okonomiyaki batter. Even when using seafood ingredients, I still recommend using pork belly slices. It also tastes great with nori seaweed on top.You only need enough flour to fill in the gaps. The main ingredient to Osaka-style okonomiyaki is the cabbage. That makes it healthier. Yam potato powder doesn't get hard even when cooked and fluffs up the batter but don't add too much. Tempura crumbs bought from tempura stores are the best, but you can also buy them at the tempura section of the grocery store. Recipe by Yuyake kitchen
