In a blender jar put garlic, ginger, green chilies, some little water griend till fine paste keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl put besan,paste,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, to taste salt lime juice, as required water mix it properly make a smooth flowing consistency batter without lumps.

Now heat the nonstick frying pan grease with some oil put prepared batter spread evenly just like a pancake, on lower flame

When bottom side is cooked (till it becomes crispy) fold and flip it, and roast it for 2 or 3 min on medium flame.

Now transfer on a plate and enjoy with tomatoes sauce or any types of chutney.
