Ingredients

  1. pastry
  2. 3 cupsflour
  3. 1tspn baking powder
  4. 1tspn salt
  5. Oil
  6. filling
  7. Minced meat
  8. Blended bonnet pepper
  9. Cabbage
  10. Seasonings
  11. Sliced onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil. Saute onion,put minced meat,blended pepper and fry. Lastly add cabbage and seasonings n stir fry. Remove from fire n set aside.

    Mix all d dry ingredients n mix well. Add oil n mix again. Add water & knead it well. Cover n let it rest for 25-30mins. Make some balls like this. Roll

    Roll another ones. Take d 1st one n apply oil,sprinkle some flour,take d 2nd one n apply oil,put d 2nd one on top of d 1st one. Repeat dsme process for the rest.

    Roll them all like this. Cut according to d size of ur pan. Pre heat ur pan, n cook for 10-15secs(both sides).

    Separate slowly

    Lay d pastry,put d mixture fold d end n roll tightly,apply paste n fold d right side n then d left side.Apply paste n roll it till end.

    Deep fry
