Firstly I have washed mangoes & cut into small pieces. I have taken out mango pulp & added sugar & elaichi powder & grinded it.

Then took a pan & pour milk. Heated it till the malai layer will come. After that kept the milk with malai in refrigerator for 1 hour. After one hour mixed well the mango pulp with malai milk & added ice cubes.

Then again grinded the mixture & made one deep layered thick yellow liquid. Then mixed raisins, pesto, almond, cashew with this liquid. Finally the thick mango milk shake is ready to serve.
