Unless I am going blind, I don't see any indication of what temperature to preheat the oven to. I went with 375 as per a similar lemon cake recipe and it came out fine. I figured it was an accidental oversight, but then I checked a few more of your baking recipes, and there was no mention of what temperature to heat the oven to with those recipes as well. Hmm. A bit of a problem. Anyway, this cake came out very nicely .... and thank you for putting the recipe straight up front, without dozens of pictures preceding it as to how the recipe looks from 5 different angles as it's coming along, not to mention pics of your pets, kids, and everything else that most online food bloggers post.
