Ingredients

30 minutes
2 Servings
  • 1/2 cupchopped gobhi
  • 1/4 teaspoonChana dal (soaked for 15 minutes)
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonHing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat up oil add mustard seeds, hing when it pops up add gobhi and chana dal, cook it well and then add all masala.

    Mix it well. Now it's ready to serve.
