Dates and tamarind chutney

First remove seeds from dates. Soak dates and tamarind.

Now remove all seeds from tamarind. Mash them well in a stainer and remove it's pulp.pour one glass of water keep aside.

Now in a pan pour oil 2tbsp add cumin seeds,ajwain bay leaf, fennel seeds, Cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds when it crackles add pulp of dates and tamarind.when it's boiling add all spices sugar and jaggery. stir occasionally until becomes thick. When it's becoming thick Sprinkle some chopped cashew nuts and rasinis.

Now our chutney is ready. If You want to store it for a long time keep it in the fridge and air tight container.
