This looks delicious, I love celeriac. I am not a vegetarian either but live more on vegetarian foods. In general I cook meat for my husband. This will really suit me . Thanks for sharing❤

Thank you, you’re more than welcome, first time I’ve ever tried it. You can just peel the celeriac and chargrill it straight away but I think it benefits from boiling it first so you get a lovely texture at the end. All the best and enjoy 😉
