2potatoes
4 tspGram flour
PinchBaking soda
to tasteSalt
As per taste Chilli powder
As required Water

Steps

1

Wash 2 potatoes peel it of. Cut into thin slices keep it in water.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour, chilli powder, baking soda, salt mix well. Add water make thick consistency.
3

Dip potatoes in it and deep fry aloo bajji is ready to eat.
