Have you tried this without the cheese? My mother used to make a beer bread with a whipped honey butter. But I never got her recipe for it.

If you do let me know how it comes out , outside of mine came out nice and crusty and the inside is very soft , just like what you would find at a fine dining restaurant !!! Lol 😂

If you can’t find triple shredded cheddar cheese you can use sharp cheddar cheese, maybe Monterey Jack cheese , but I really wouldn’t use mozzarella, I don’t think it would give the bread that extra bite in the taste that it has .....
