It might be simple to prepare but it certainly looks tasty. Very interested that you don’t use any garlic or onion, which I’ve always used with pasta almost unthinkingly coz that’s probably what I got told by a girlfriend back in the 1960s when I started cooking as a student, so I’ve learned something there! Habits sometimes need challenging! Thanks.

The garlic is used to infuse the oil, so you get the taste without eating it. Onions I use for more meat based pasta dishes or mushroom pasta dishes 😍
