I love mojitos in the summmer time. So instead of spending a ton at the bar I figured out how to make them myself at home.

My wife loves Mojitos, but does not like getting a mouthful of mint leaves with every sip. This recipe retains the mint flavor without the side salad of the traditional Mojito.

Great for parties! Makes quite a bit! Definitely add club soda right before serving to avoid losing the fizz

Grammy had a rough day and needed a cocktail so I muddled up a fave of mine.

Best summer drink. Had it at a friends house but he made his with ginger ale. And I think called it a Castro. This however is how they made it in Penticton with signature vodka. I like it with white rum much better. Double the recipe as this is just for one person.
