How much garlic would you use. You say mashed garlic from the market ? I'll probably use garlic cloves that I'll smash my self as I haven't seen mashed garlic to purchase before.

I've never had salmon before but this sounds tasty. I'm going to give it a try really soon.

So to make sure I got this right. Mix smashed garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mayo together. Add olive oil to pan and put salmon on top add lemon slices and pour mixture on top of salmon and bake. I might add a few butter slices and add a few rosemary and thyme sprigs and baste it occasionally while cooking. 😁

Never mind :) I put it on 200 c° for about 35-40 minutes but the power of my oven is not that high that's why I put it on 200 but if yours is powerful you probably want to put it on 180 for 40 minutes or as much as you wanted to be cooked

I finally made this and it was so delicious. Though I put my own ideas in it as well but I will definitely make it again as the whole family enjoyed it. I added in old bay seasoning to the lemon juice and mayo mixture. Salt, pepper and garlic powder on salmon added a little more olive oil with minced garlic and a few cracks of black pepper and salt to the bottom of baking dish and added rosemary sprigs with the lemon slices on top. Added a little bit of butter that I froze so I could grate it lightly over the salmon. A + I've never ate salmon before but this recipe spoke to me so thank you. 😊
