Made this yesterday with our garden fresh Carolina Reapers! Made it just like your instructions and amounts and turned out absolutely delicious! My daughter and I LOVE hot and spicy, the hotter the better for me, husband doesn't like too hot, but he actually liked this salsa (he used sparingly on his tacos LOL) - The flavor is DELICIOUS!! Thank you for your recipe! It is now my go-to!

So glad you’re enjoying it! It’s my go to for every heat level. I just switch out the pepper depending on who my audience is. But the Reaper flavor is second to none!

@bocadefogo The Reaper is definitely second to none! My whole family loves this salsa! Of course, they don't drown their food in it like I do (LOL) but I am so glad they are able to enjoy it as much as I do!
