This sounds delicious John, and a great recipe for savoy cabbage - which I love but always forget to buy and use!

Thanks. It’s very tasty Sonia - and I doubt that the unprepossessing title I’ve given will have been used much before. 🤣

Twas but a spontaneous thought! Cottage for beef, shepherd for lamb so why not sty for pork? I suppose that I could have called it Swineherd’s Pie 🤣. John

Thanks Emily. It’s comfort food on a cold, damp day, is cheap and uses seasonal vegetables.

Thanks Angie. It is most tasty, especially on a such a damp, cold day. And it nicely used up the sausage meat, leeks and cabbage. All a very spur-of-the-moment experiment but I think that I’ll make it again sometime. John

Great recipes often are like that. I made a pasta dish yesterday that was spur of the moment. Hubby loved it! Will try and post soon. Weather warming up here. Take care John

Thanks Yui. It really was tasty and nourishing and, like so many dishes, today’s leftovers also had good flavour. Quite pleased with name I thought up coz I don’t reckon too many other people will use it 🤣. John

Haha love the name too John. Really caught my eye as I googled it later to find out what Sty means 😂 🐷
