Very good recipe CPG!!! This can be made ahead of time and portioned to last 3 days!!! I love pasta salads. I really like your desserts. I need to order groceries so I can make some. I'm going to make a home made, waffle flavored ice cream in my blender using pasturized egg yolks, fresh, heavy, whipping cream, Brown sugar, cardamom ground, a whisper of cinnamon, the most fleeting taste of ground cloves, maple syrup and malted milk. I made this ice cream before and it was wonderful. If you have a blender just add 4 egg yolks per quart of heavy cream. Only blend it until it gets as thick as mushroom soup. Then pour it into Zip lock freezer bags to freeze it. Then you can cut it into bars and dip them into a cocoa butter based chocolate dip coating. It will be expensive tho.
