Ingredients

30 - 35 mins
4-5 servings
  1. 1/2 kgBeetroot(Chuqandar)
  2. 3-4medium sized onion
  3. 5-6medium sized tomatoes
  4. 1n half tbsp red chilli flakes
  5. Halftsp turmeric powder
  6. To taste salt
  7. 3-4green chillies
  8. 2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 5-6 tbspoil
  10. 2 tbspCilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Slice onion, tomatoes & beetroot.

    Now in a pan add onion n oil n cook it till transculent.. than add cumin seeds n saute it.

    Now add beetroot.. give it a stir than add spices with salt n fry it for 2 mins... now add tomatoes.. mix it again & cover the lid.. cook it on low flame until tomatoes becomes soft & water dries up...

    Now add green chillies to it n bhunofy it on low flame for 2 mins n cover the lid for 5 mins.. now garnish it with cilantro n serve with roti, paratha, daal chawal etc.
