Steps
- 1
Dice the Irish potatoes and bring to a boil. Add some salt, pepper seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, tumeric
- 2
When cooked, drain and set aside the potatoes
- 3
Bring the pasta to a boil. Add some seasoning cubes, curry powder and salt to taste. When cooked, set aside
- 4
Boil eggs until hard boiled. Slice into thins and set aside
- 5
Season and cook your beef or chicken and then shred into pieces and set aside.
- 6
Prepare your vegetables. Chop/grate carrots, lettuce, cabbages and bell peppers. Set aside
- 7
Make sure your boiled items (potatoes and pasta) are cooled before mixing in order not to affect the vegetables.
- 8
Mix EVERYTHING together (potatoes, pasta, and vegetables)
- 9
Mix in the salad dressing - mayonnaise
- 10
You can eat straight away, but I cooled mine in the freezer because cold salads taste better to me.
