I am cooking this now. The smell of it cooking...again. I remember mom. She would make manju with biscuit dough from a can. She’d relish this with her afternoon tea. I can’t wait to taste!

I pulled 1/3 out for zensai and kept cooking until it became the right consistency for tsubu-an.
