My mother in law made them once stuffed with mozzarella, I've never tried making it that way though, maybe one day I will!

A quick Q: Have you ever tried pan-cooking fiori di zucca instead of oven-baking them? Since the summer heat is already on here, I am avoiding the oven as much as I can 🤣

Ciao a te 😊 ohhhh is hot 🥵 I can imagine. There are various ways of using these blossoms and I will make a risotto as soon as mine are ready. I grow my own when possible. It won’t take long and I thought that baking was the alternative way to frying 😍
