Kitchen Paper better known as Baking Parchment - didn't have any - so I made do with Kitchen Foil too roll the Pastry between Two sheets with a Rolling Pin.Can dust the Kitchen side with flour and roll out the Pastry - adding flour increases calories though.

Can definitely smell that they are possibly done at about 50 minutes of baking,am appreciating the likes for I know I did good on these homemade Mince Pies of mine with good presentation of the Pastry on top.I understand it would be nice with Single Cream,or whipped up Double Cream,no need too make a chantillie whipped up Double Cream - Plain whipped up Double Cream will do - for the filling of the Pie is very sweet.
