@Stella_T no definitely not I enjoy feta too much. must have been an auto correct spelling, just updated. Was a normal tub of feta (400g)

Ok this sounds better :) I love how you make the snail-like form. I usually just make each phyllo separately and place one roll after the next. You end up with the snail pie but it’s in pieces. Hack for when you don’t have that huge space available!!!
