I’ll have to give this a try because I always had have chicken bone broth on hand and use it for the added benefit of collagen and more protein than in reg broth/stock. But I use filtered water in my scrambled eggs. I read years ago that water makes the eggs fluffier than does milk/cream. I add a bit of water, grated cheddar or Colby cheese, salt & pepper. They are great, but I want to try yours, too! Thanks for sharing the recipe! 🍳
