2 thumbs up kaaa Eikosan. In Thailand there is this hotpot chain restaurants called MK Suki (its not like sukiyaki in Japan) they sell 2 bone carcasses of grilled duck for only 19 THB aprox 60 Yen I usually use them for making soup as well.

Hi Tunarap that soup must be delicious. And 2 bones 60 yen is nice. We can make good soup and we use every part💕💕💕

@auntyeiko 2 whole duck carcasses, with plenty of meat on enough to make 1 or 2 dishes. and they stuffed plenty of herbs in the duch stomach when they roasted so the pulled meat and the soup are extra flavorful.
