Ingredients

  • Roasted chicken bone
  • 1 bowlcooked rice
  • Tamahimo (eggs in chicken stomach)
  • 500 mlwater
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoonchopped shiitake mushroom
  • 1 tablespoongreen onion

    Ingredients

    Take small pieces of meat from bones.

    This is baby eggs in chicken stomach. We call it Kinkan or Tamahimo.

    Add chopped shiitake mushroom and onion. Put water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

2 thumbs up kaaa Eikosan. In Thailand there is this hotpot chain restaurants called MK Suki (its not like sukiyaki in Japan) they sell 2 bone carcasses of grilled duck for only 19 THB aprox 60 Yen I usually use them for making soup as well.
