I never tried tofu. I have seen it a lot in foreign countries. What is the taste, texture of the tofu?

@cronjefamily Fried tofu, healthy menu the taste is mellow, fragrant, delicious. Deep fried tofu, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, dip with sweet and sour sauce is fantastic.
