Ingredients

5 piecesfirm white Tofu
Dipping Sauce:
6 tbsps watermelon peel syrup
2 tbspsground macadamia
2 tbsps carrot, grated
1 tsp finely ground chili
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp lime juice

Cut firm whites tofu like pictures. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees celsius, place tofu into the air fryer, fry for 15 minutes or until brown.

Dispping sauce, mix well all ingredients together. The flavor should be sweet, sour and slightly spicy.

I never tried tofu. I have seen it a lot in foreign countries. What is the taste, texture of the tofu?
